In this last case, he sold our house on Christian Drive (Upper Miller Creek) with the speed and ease of a Super Man. We first had a meeting at our house to discuss steps to be taken AND our starting market price. Instead of it being stressful, he made the meeting fun. I knew straight away that we had once again picked a winner for running this project. His team then set out to do top-notch drone photos and videos, plus a ton of pictures and videos inside the house. He then proceeded with a complete write-up and asked us to review it for accuracy. After we both tweaked it a little, and my wife and I approved it, our house was then put on the market. It looked good! At lightning speed, the house sold in about 23 days. Full price, cash offer! So I took a chance on her and KW, because I felt I could trust them, hoping for the best. Boy, was I pleased. Ashley and Mike Hyde put the lot on the market, at a price I thought was WAY too high, and within one day we had 7 offers. The bidding war was on. With my input, we all decided on a winner, and the lot sold within 2 days, at a price much higher than listed. I found a contractor and paid to have the lot cleared of 2 vacant houses, 2 dilapidated storage sheds, 5 old vehicles, and a lot of junk / debris throughout.
